Service Description

1:1 session in which I assess all the body systems functions, any symptoms and triggers, lifestyle habits and stress levels, analysis of family medical history and also personal medical history. We will also discuss any tests made prior the consultation where needed. You will receive a bespoke nutritional plan which includes lifestyle recommendations and stress management techniques alongside with a supplementation plan (if needed) and useful handouts with ideas and tips useful to support your journey to an optimal state of health.
